Job Description

We are hiring a Program Manager to lead security operations at a mission-critical in Huntsville, AL. This position oversees a team of cleared security officers and ensures compliance with stringent federal protection protocols. The ideal candidate brings leadership experience in secure federal environments, excels in operational oversight, and maintains high-touch client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of multi-shift security teams , ensuring full coverage and protocol enforcement.
• Oversee execution and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with FBI and federal security regulations.
• Serve as the primary liaison with FBI officials , representing the program’s operational status, incident response, and staffing posture.
• Coordinate shift scheduling, resource planning, and incident management across teams and time zones.
• Train and mentor security officers , onboarding new personnel and providing refresher training as required.
• Ensure compliance with physical security, access control, visitor management, and emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular quality checks, audits, and performance reviews , reporting outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and document security incidents, enforce corrective actions, and uphold continuous readiness posture.

Basic Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph (required at time of application)
• 7+ years of experience in security programs, including managing 24/7 operations
• 3+ years of supervisory or program management experience in secure environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience engaging senior government stakeholders
