SUMMARY
This position is responsible for implementation and continual improvement of the phased gate review process for application specific product launches, development projects, and other types of internal projects to ensure the Skokie Plant delivers its projects and programs in accordance with well-defined goals (performance, timing, quality, and cost). For customer specific multi-part applications across multiple value streams, this person will directly manage programs, as well as other projects/program as determined by the Management Team. Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $90,000.00 to $135,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
