Job Description

Job Summary:

This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing programs that span multiple projects and disciplines within the engineering and construction sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for building out vendor scorecards to effectively manage financial and scheduling data from various sources. This position requires a strong focus on aligning the Gas Project Management Portfolio, ensuring that work is executed efficiently and on schedule. The individual will coordinate, implement, and execute programs while monitoring their progress to achieve overarching program goals. By facilitating communication among projects and departments, this role plays a crucial part in enhancing performance, cost efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain vendor scorecards to track financial and scheduling data.

- Support alignment of the Gas Project Management Portfolio with project timelines.

- Plan, facilitate, and monitor existing programs while developing new initiatives from inception through delivery.

- Define and report on program status, issues, adherence to requirements, and success metrics.

- Identify and monitor areas of risk within programs.

- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in cost, performance, and schedule.

- Facilitate communication and coordination among various projects and departments.

- Manage internal and external stakeholder engagement to ensure performance satisfaction.

- Stay informed about trends, business conditions, processes, and practices affecting component projects or programs.

- Adhere to standard project management methodologies and reporting techniques.
