Job Description

DSJ Global is partnered with a tankless water heater Manufacturing company out of Johnson City Tennessee on a new Project Engineer role. This person is responsible for managing all aspects of project assignments related to tankless water heaters, using a project management system to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project development, including mechanical and manufacturing design.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
• Collaborate on strategies to ensure product growth and viability.
• Define project specifications with marketing and management.
• Use project management systems to achieve objectives.
• Coordinate with departments on project progress and reviews.
• Ensure product design complies with engineering principles and standards.
• Resolve technical issues, recommend design changes, and manage budgets.
• Guide and assist junior engineers and technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in tankless water heater or gas combustion design.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.
