Job Title: Project Manager

Location: New York, NY 10020 (HYBRID - 3 days onsite)

Duration: 6 months

PR Range: $85/hr - $88/hr on w2

Job Description:

Must-Haves:

• Someone with 7 years of project management experience.
• Strong preference for candidates with Resolution Plan experience—that would be a huge plus.
• Someone with a resolution-planning background and a project management background would be essential in terms of being selected. That would be essential if they have a risk background and a resolution plan.
• A background in Risk and Internal Audit would be ideal, as this project involves those areas.
• Not just a coordinator is needed; someone who can lead meetings, manage schedules, and engage with multiple teams.
• Work independently and own the project execution, not as a coordinator, but really as a leader.
• Should be comfortable handling risk-related aspects of the project as we approach completion.
• Should be able to communicate with various teams. Coordinate scheduled calls, Schedule meetings, attend meetings, contribute, and lead them if necessary.
• Microsoft Office experience is required.

Job Description:

• Drive projects that aim to ensure compliance with regulations, particularly resolution plans in the banking industry.
• SME experience in US Resolution Plan at a major financial institution
• Create and document detailed project documentation and reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure ongoing communication with all relevant teams to facilitate smooth collaboration and project efficiency.
• Preparation of artifacts and liaison with the risk and internal audit teams.

Key Requirements:

• In-depth experience with resolution planning regulations and project management
• Strong understanding of bankings regulations related to financial, operational and technology functions.
• Ability to drive progress issue-by-issue and ensure deadlines are met
• Experience analysis of documentation related to resolution plan project
• 5-7 years of experience.
