Quality Auditor

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated contract audits using Audit Advisor.
• Compare contract terms with FAFs (Financial Assumptions Forms).
• Investigate discrepancies and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Communicate findings effectively to underwriters and other stakeholders.
• Help clear backlog of contract reviews.
• Expected capacity: ~10–15 contract reviews per week, or ~40–50/month.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex written documents.
• Experience in contract review—paralegal background is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable reviewing dense, highly detailed documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—ability to summarize findings clearly.
• Ability to learn internal tools and systems quickly (training provided).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with healthcare, PBM, or underwriting is helpful but not required.
• Background in finance or familiarity with pricing models is a plus but not critical.
• No technical tools (like data analytics or dashboards) required.
