Overview

As a Test Engineer in our Quantitative Fixed Income Engineering team, you will partner with the Quant Trading to deliver quantitatively led pricing and trading solutions for the Rates and Credit businesses.

You will need a passion for delivering high quality software using modern development practices. You will design and implement extensive automated tests that can execute at every level of the stack to ensure production trading solutions are robust, performant and successful.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement automated tests for algorithmic trading applications to demonstrate compliance with all functional and control requirements
• Implement processes that enable complete automation of both test execution and evidence collection
• Participate in the full development lifecycle of features as part of a cross functional engineering squad

Skills You’ll Need

• Very proficient at test automation with event driven systems
• Proficiency in test automation experience in financial services/trading systems

Skills That Will Help You Excel

• Proven engineering capability using relevant programming languages inc Java
• Understanding of modern test automation approaches and they fit into a continuous delivery model
• Demonstrable experience delivering production quality code in short iterations (continuous if possible)
• A solid grounding in the principals of computer engineering, preferably backed by a technical degree

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $135,000 to $175,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
