Nationally recognized service company seeks an experienced Claims Supervisor to join our fast-growing Regional Water Restoration team.

SUMMARY

The primary role of the Regional Water Restoration Claims Supervisor is to oversee the water restoration claims processes in their assigned region, ensuring claims are being processed efficiently and in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations. This position requires limited travel for visits to branches within their assigned region. The Regional Water Restoration Claims Supervisor works in partnership with the Branch Management Team to drive water restoration sales. Will perform all other duties as assigned by management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Oversees the water restoration claims processes in assigned region.
• Drives sales through optimizing Xactimate processes in the region.
• Ensures regional compliance with established KPI’s related to water restoration estimates and collections.
• Evaluates performance of Xactimate Writers and accounts receivable collectors and gives job performance feedback to the branches.
• Responsible for regional water restoration accounts receivable (AR) results as evaluated against established performance benchmarks.
• Trains, supervises, and develops Xactimate Writers and Water Restoration AR personnel in the region on claim handling, company policies, and best practices.
• Utilizes insurance policy knowledge of water restoration damage coverage in order to provide guidance on complex cases as needed.
• Participates in region or branch specific conference calls.
• Completes reports or other updates as requested.

Other Duties

• General office duties may include answering phones, copying, filing, and data entry.
• Builds and manages a regional team of Xactimate Writers and AR collectors.
