Job Title: Director of Franchise Operations – National QSR Brand

Location: Addison, TX

Compensation: Starting at $150,000 per year

Employment Type: Full-Time | Exempt

A leading and rapidly growing quick-service restaurant brand is seeking an experienced Director of Franchise Operations to oversee field support and operations across 200+ franchise locations nationwide. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational consistency, franchisee success, and brand excellence through hands-on support and strategic guidance.

The Director will manage a team of field consultants and serve as a key liaison between franchisees and executive leadership—fostering strong relationships and aligning daily execution with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coach a team of Franchise Business Consultants (FBCs) to ensure strong support for franchise locations.
• Maintain high operational standards across all units, ensuring consistency in product quality, service, and store performance.
• Build and maintain productive, trust-based relationships with franchisees, acting as a strategic partner and brand ambassador.
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and customer satisfaction metrics to drive operational improvements and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (training, marketing, development) to support new store openings and system-wide initiatives.
• Lead annual business planning, performance reviews, and strategic field initiatives.
• Proactively address franchisee concerns, ensuring resolution through communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years in multi-unit franchise operations, preferably in the quick-service or fast-casual restaurant space.
• Franchise Experience: Must have experience working on the franchisor side, supporting franchisees across diverse markets.
• Leadership: Strong leadership background managing field teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Operational Acumen: Expertise in unit-level operations, labor management, COGS, and customer experience optimization.
• Analytical Skills: Solid financial background, including experience with P&Ls, forecasting, and business planning.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Travel: Ability to travel 40–50% to support franchise markets and attend field events.
