Position Overview: As an RV Title Clerk you will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims for RVs. You will ensure that warranty coverage is accurately applied, track claims, and work with customers, manufactures, and service teams to resolve warranty-related issues. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the service advisors and technicians to be sure that work is being documented, reported, photographed and recorded in a timely fashion.
• Contact Manufactures and OEM’s to obtain authorization to preform repairs.
• Apply for payment after authorization and repairs are completed.
• Work closely with technicians to understand and relay needed repairs to Manufactures.
• Answer incoming telephone calls.
• Obtain any needed warranty or customer authorization prior to working on unit including taking of pictures, emailing in for authorization or any / all procedures as prescribed in the manufactures warranty policy of dealership
• Assist in maintaining warranty departments parts inventory

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year of RV experience preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent Organizational/Sequencing skills
• Great personal and communication skills in dealing with customers
• Working knowledge of activities, methods, procedures and policies of the Service department
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience
• Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner over the phone, in person, and through digital communication
• Ability to perform additional tasks, duties and/or direction from management.
