Role Description

This is a full-time in office Scheduler role located in Buford, GA. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling services, maintaining communication with clients, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This role requires a person to handle phone calls, data entry, and coordination with various departments to ensure that all schedules are up-to-date and any issues are resolved promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
• Ability to manage schedules and coordinate various tasks effectively
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with scheduling software and office applications
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Relevant experience in a similar role would be a plus
• Construction background is preferred
• Must be Bilingual in Spanish
