Applies Agile methodologies to organize the development of a project, product, or service (often software) that focuses on delivering value to customers in an iterative way by leveraging inspection and adaption, continuous improvement and empowering a team. Agile methodologies help de-risk projects by increasing transparency, using shorter feedback loops and enabling decision-making closer to the work. These practices often replace high-level waterfall designs with frequent redesigns with a priority to satisfy the customer through incremental delivery of value. Scrum is an Agile framework within which teams can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value (Scrum Guide). An Agile Team in Scrum is typically three to nine people. Rather than scaling by having a large team, Scrum projects scale through having teams of teams. The team consists of the Scrum Master, the Product Owner, and the Development Team. The Development Team may consist of developers, engineers, testers, UX, solution architects, and DevOps engineers.
