Our client in Miami is looking for a Senior Cost Analyst to join their team. They are an established company that continues to grow. This is a great opportunity for a finance professional to gain experience working with leadership and various departments within the company. Must be able to commute to Miami 5 days a week to be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Work with all departments to ensure cost optimization.
• Provide critical assessment of budgets and cost projections.
• Remain acutely aware of market trends that could impact resource costs.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of cost drivers.
• Understanding of business operations and how productivity impacts profitability.
• Commitment to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality.
• Present new strategies and assessments in a compelling fashion.
• Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timeliness and assessment goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in the finance / accounting field.
• Experience as a Cost Analyst preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking ability.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (modeling).
