Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Hybrid or remote (Company HQ in Morrisville, NC)

Note: No third-party arrangements.

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Senior Financial Analyst to join our client’s finance team. In this role, you’ll dig into financial data, help with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and provide insights that help guide smart business decisions. You’ll work closely with different teams across the company and prepare reports that senior leaders rely on. If you enjoy turning numbers into meaningful stories and like improving processes along the way, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Review and analyze actual vs. budget numbers on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to support both operations and leadership teams.
• Help with month-end close activities, including profit & loss reviews and other financial analysis as needed.
• Work with operations and accounting teams to understand what’s driving financial results.
• Pull together and present regular financial reporting packages.
• Keep a close eye on financial risks and opportunities.
• Lead projects to improve financial processes, dashboards, and reporting cycles.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience, preferably from a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Strong project management skills—you can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A knack for process improvement and making things more efficient.
• Strong attention to detail and solid analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with leaders across the company and building good relationships.
• Strong technical skills (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.); PowerBI experience is a plus.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.
