This role is based out of our manufacturing location in Fort Worth, Texas.

Role Summary:

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Demand and Supply Chain Strategy, the Sr. S&OP Manager leads the company’s Sales & Operations Planning process and Open-to-Buy governance. This role aligns demand, supply, and financial planning across departments, supports MRP execution, and provides decision support to buyers and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, facilitating alignment across Sales, Supply, and Finance.
• Align demand forecasts , MPS, and MR P to ensure executable, capacity-feasible plans.
• Partner with the analytics team to streamline master data governance and consolidate insights via Power BI and Excel Query .
• Build and manage the Open-to-Buy (OTB) plan—a dynamic purchasing budget based on forecasted sales, production, and inventory targets—to guide procurement.
• Support MRP execution through logic-driven tools and structured Excel models.
• Deliver usage analysis and procurement insights to inform buying decisions and budget control.
• Maintain performance dashboards and monthly trackers in Power BI and Excel.
• Drive forecast accuracy improvements and scenario-based planning.
• Act as the central planning liaison across Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning or S&OP leadership roles.
• Advanced analytical skills : Power BI and SQL proficiency required .
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive planning consensus and control inventory targets.
