Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Service Plumber with a passion for the plumbing trade to join our team. As a Service Plumber, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues, conducting repairs, and performing maintenance tasks on a variety of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
Responsibilities:
· Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations
· Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
· Demonstrate a solid understanding of water distribution and sanitary systems to ensure effective problem-solving
· Utilize plumbing tools and equipment with precision and expertise
· Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor and displaying a great deal of patience with clients
· Communicate effectively with team members and clients, providing clear explanations and updates on plumbing tasks
· Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
· At least two years of experience as a plumber, with a track record of successful plumbing projects
· In-depth knowledge of water distribution and sanitary systems, as well as the ability to apply this knowledge practically
· Proficient in handling plumbing tools and equipment to perform tasks efficiently.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
· Demonstrated patience and professionalism in dealing with clients and team members
· Can manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
· Ability to work in physically demanding environments
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
