What we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Operations Associate to assist with the daily operations of our hub located in Los Altos , CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports and/or Pokémon cards, coupled with experience in logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Intake and Inventory Management: Manage the intake of packages containing sports and Pokémon cards. Ensure accurate logging and tracking of inventory using our inventory management system.
• Shipping and Distribution: Coordinate the shipping process for outgoing packages, ensuring timely and secure delivery to designated recipients. Implement shipping protocols to maintain the integrity and safety of valuable items.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and quality checks to verify the condition of items entering and exiting the facility. Implement procedures to safeguard against loss, damage, or theft.
• Security and Compliance: Maintain strict security protocols to protect stored items. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies regarding handling and storage of valuable assets.

Requirements:

• Local to Los Altos, CA or willing to commute daily
• Experience in handling sports and/or Pokémon cards (nice to have)
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Availability on M-F from 9am-3pm

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour
