The Role

We're looking for a new Social Media Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in amplifying Redbubble's brand presence, fostering community engagement, and driving organic growth across social platforms. This role is both strategic and hands-on-responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Redbubble’s organic social strategy while actively creating content that resonates with our audience.

You’ll be at the forefront of cultural conversations, social media trends, and Redbubble’s vibrant marketplace, ensuring we show up in relevant, authentic, and meaningful ways.

Key Accountabilities

Grow and Elevate Organic Social

  • Own the day-to-day operations of Redbubble’s organic social channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and engagement.
  • Concept, script, storyboard, shoot, and edit short-form videos that showcase Redbubble products, artists, and brand moments. Design static and motion graphics aligned with Redbubble’s visual identity and tone of voice, and write compelling copy and captions that reflect our playful, creative, and community-first brand personality.
  • Maintain and evolve the organic social content calendar, aligning with key marketing initiatives and cultural moments.
  • Create and publish original content that reflects Redbubble’s brand voice, mission, and artist community, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
  • Proactively track social media and marketplace trends to identify timely opportunities for Redbubble to engage, share, and activate.
  • Develop high-quality visual and written content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and audience preferences.

Scale Advocacy & Engagement

  • Develop and execute platform-specific organic social strategies that grow our audience and drive engagement.
  • Work closely with the Redbubble Marketing teams to ensure organic social aligns with paid initiatives and broader marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Redbubble’s artist community and with artist content creators to develop UGC partnerships that enhance community engagement and amplify Redbubble’s brand presence.
  • Partner with the Fizzy Studio team to create compelling visual and video content that brings Redbubble’s brand to life.
  • Actively monitor social media channels, respond to comments, engage with our community, and foster meaningful conversations.
  • Conduct quarterly audits of Redbubble’s social media presence, identifying opportunities to enhance our strategy, expand reach, and deepen community connections.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize content, refine messaging, and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in owning day-to-day content creation across organic social channels, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. Bonus if you have experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, Figma, or native mobile editing apps.
  • +1 year of work experience in the retail or e-commerce industry in social media management, content creation, and/or influencer marketing.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative spirit with excellent interpersonal skills to engage with influencers, licensing partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for digital culture, emerging platforms, and community-driven storytelling.

We offer competitive compensation because we want to hire the best people and reward them for their contributions to our mission. We pay all employees relative to the San Francisco City market, regardless of their location. In pursuit of pay equity and fairness, the starting annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be $80k - $85k. The final offer may be determined by a number of non discriminatory factors, including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. All employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as stock-based compensation, which are awarded to employees annually, subject to board discretion.
