Job Title: Python Developer

Duration: 6 Months contract with possible extensions

Location : Hybrid at Tempe, AZ

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack solutions on AWS, focusing on cloud architecture and end-to-end application delivery.
• Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and other relevant AWS services.
• Implement, manage, and optimize databases using DynamoDB and other AWS storage solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in Python, with a focus on maintainability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, design, and workflows.
• Work with Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and manage cloud resources.
• Participate in code reviews, providing mentorship to junior developers and ensuring best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and refine applications to meet both performance and security requirements.
• Continuously research and evaluate new AWS technologies and approaches to improve the development process and product.

Qualifications:

• Senior-level experience developing and deploying full-stack applications, especially on AWS.
• Strong expertise in Python, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and best practices.
• In-depth experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda Functions, DynamoDB, and cloud-native development practices.
• Proven experience in building applications end-to-end on AWS, from architecture to deployment.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and AWS compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with web frameworks and technologies (e.g., Django, Flask, React, Node.js) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and agile development environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with additional AWS services such as EC2, S3, and CloudFormation.
• Experience with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud monitoring.
• Previous experience in a Full Stack Engineer or similar role, delivering production-level applications on AWS.
