JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Construction Defect Claims Adjuster to join a top Insurance company. The Senior Construction Defect Claims Adjuster will be responsible for seeing claims as they come in throughout the days and working them cradle to grave. Responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating the claim notice, contracts, state statutes and policies to verify the appropriate coverage, deductibles, and payees. Additionally, will be responsible for litigating files, negotiating on own claims, writing reservation of rights letters, while being familiar with general liability policies. The role will require reviewing documentation including contracts, subcontracts, and policies and expected to work with commercial developers, homeowners, general contractors, and sub-contractors to understand each claim. This is a highly collaborative team who work together very closely in a remote environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
COMPENSATION
$105,000 to $125,000 per year annual salary.
