We are assisting our client with a Supply Chain Director search near Cleveland, OH. Reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing, the successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, Master & Demand Forecast Planning, Purchasing, ERP System Management & Capacity Planning. This is a highly visible and high-impact position where a successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a decisive role in the organization's future success and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all resource planning related to Engineering and Manufacturing, while developing and managing the master schedule through the complete order cycle
• Management of managers within the business unit's supply chain
• Synchronize the flow of materials along the entire supply chain, while making decisions on the efficient utilization of internal Production, Engineering, and Supplier capacities
• Mentor and lead managers managing areas of the supply chain, such as purchasing, planning, and inventory, and working with them to handle material and production planning issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
• Experience in planning and scheduling in a high-mix/high-volume environment is preferred
• 10+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain (sourcing/procurement/demand planning/distribution/logistics)
• Implementation and management of ERP systems
• Global experience
