The Split Desk Model (Pick Your Path)

Option 1: Account Manager (Sales)

  • Build and grow relationships with client companies.
  • Meet with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Drive new business through cold calls, networking, and meetings.
  • Partner with recruiters to deliver top technical talent.

Option 2: Technical Recruiter (Delivery)

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates in hardware/software and IT.
  • Prep candidates to succeed in client interviews.
  • Build long-term relationships with tech professionals.
  • Partner with Account Managers to fill client roles.

Two different tracks. One shared mission. Account Managers bring in the business, Recruiters deliver the talent.
