About the Role

We’re looking for an extremely smart and motivated college student to join us as a part-time Technical Sales Representative. You’ll play a key role in following up on the leads we’ve developed, helping us grow our presence in the New York construction and property management market. This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world sales experience, work with cutting-edge AI technology, and make an impact in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify key contacts within construction and property management firms.
• Follow up on leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings
• Keep our CRM system organized and up-to-date with lead progress.
• Work with the marketing team to optimize outreach efforts.

Key Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Business, Construction Management, Real Estate or related fields preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using technology and quick to pick up new tools (CRM experience a plus).
• Previous sales, customer service, or outreach experience is a bonus but not required.
• Familiarity with the construction or property management industry is a plus, but we’ll teach you what you need to know.
