**About the job you're considering** We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with extensive experience in manual testing and strong expertise in API and backend testing. This role involves working on complex projects across multiple systems and development environments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software applications. **Your role** + Develop and execute formal test plans to validate software quality. + Design and maintain test cases and scripts for functional and API testing. + Perform service-level, API, and backend testing for high-complexity projects. + Act as an API Test Engineer on multiple programs and systems. + Track and manage multiple test efforts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. + Analyze and synthesize test results, providing clear and actionable feedback. + Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure timely and quality releases. + Utilize test management tools such as Micro Focus ALM/Octane or equivalent. **Your skills and experience** + 7 years of experience in manual/functional testing. + Strong knowledge of API testing methodologies and tools. + Proficiency in test management tools (MF ALM/Octane or similar). + Ability to work on complex projects and manage multiple priorities. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Preferred Skills + Knowledge of Telecom Mobile Domain. + Experience with Amdocs Billing Systems. + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
