Experienced Employment Law Paralegal – Top Plaintiff-Side Firm

Elements Law Recruiting , Los Angeles’ premier legal recruiting agency, is seeking an experienced Employment Law Paralegal for one of the region’s top plaintiff-side employment law firms. About the Role:

This firm specializes in employment law, class actions, and wage & hour cases, advocating for employees’ rights against workplace injustices. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled paralegal with experience handling complex employment law matters, particularly class actions.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys in all aspects of employment litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Assist in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations.
• Manage discovery processes, including document review, organization, and production.
• Prepare case summaries, deposition summaries, and trial binders.
• Maintain client communication and case updates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal in plaintiff-side employment law.
• Strong background in wage & hour disputes, PAGA claims, and class action litigation is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high-volume caseloads and meet deadlines.
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred.
