Master Window Treatment Installer

Full-Time W2 Position - Luxury Family Business

Join our award-winning team serving the famous Jersey Shore area!

We're a respected family-owned luxury window treatment company seeking a skilled craftsperson to deliver white-glove installation services to our exclusive clientele.

What You'll Do:

  • Install premium shutters, motorized systems, blinds, and custom drapery in luxury homes.
  • Program and troubleshoot sophisticated motorization systems.
  • Provide exceptional service that matches our sterling reputation.
  • Work directly with our design consultants and affluent clients.
  • Maintain our high standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.


What We're Looking For:

Required Experience:

  • Proven expertise with shutters, motorization, blinds, and shades.
  • 3+ years professional installation experience preferred.

Essential Skills:

  • Professional demeanor with high-end clientele.
  • Detail-oriented craftsman mentality.
  • Physical ability to work at heights and lift 50+ lbs.
  • Proficient with power tools and precision measuring.
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy (Apple devices/apps).
