Urban Revivo is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to support the successful launch of our new store in New York City. In this key role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, maintain operational excellence, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive leader with strong business acumen who can motivate and support a team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets while upholding Urban Revivo's brand standards. Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Management: Work closely with store leadership to execute sales plans, analyze performance, and develop improvement strategies.
• Store Operations: Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Oversee inventory management, product transfers, and new product displays. Monitor sales trends, analyze slow-moving products, and develop merchandising strategies. Provide regular updates on purchasing, sales, and stock levels to store leadership.
• Team Development: Train and support sales associates to ensure they can independently handle daily store operations. Assist in staff development and succession planning by mentoring team members and managing store scheduling.

Job Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or higher
• At least 2 years of experience in apparel retail
• Strong understanding of inventory management, visual merchandising, and team leadership in a retail setting
