Audio Visual (A/V) Lead

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 + Benefits
Bright Minds is seeking an A/V Lead to spearhead high-impact installations, configurations, and support for cutting-edge audio-visual systems in the Cincinnati, OH area. You’ll guide a team of skilled technicians while working directly with clients to deliver customized, reliable solutions. If you have experience leveraging expertise in Q-SYS and/or Crestron technologies, you're strongly encouraged to apply.
As the A/V Lead, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of A/V professionals, offering technical guidance, overseeing project execution, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot complex enterprise-level A/V systems, provide remote support to field technicians, and assist with system diagnostics, programming, and commissioning.
The A/V Lead will work closely with sales and design teams to contribute to cost assessments, project proposals, and technical solutions that meet client needs. In addition, as a Lead you will manage service tickets, uphold customer satisfaction standards, and stay up to date with industry best practices, regulations, and technological advancements.
