Now Hiring: Part-Time Civil Litigation Attorney (Contract| 20 hrs/week)

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid/Remote)

Are you a seasoned California civil litigator looking for a flexible, part-time role where your expertise truly matters? TrustPoint.One has partnered with a boutique law firm, based in Los Angeles, in their search for a talented attorney to join us on a temporary basis (20 hours/week) to support a growing docket of business and entertainment litigation matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who enjoy high-level, substantive work without the demands of full-time practice.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and pre-trial filings

• Conduct legal research and draft concise, persuasive memoranda

• Schedule and notice depositions

• Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy

• File motions and handle motion practice independently

• Stay on top of California civil procedure and LA local rules

• Make court appearances in Los Angeles, if needed

You Bring:

• Active California bar license

• 5–10+ years of civil litigation experience

• Trial experience (first- or second-chair preferred)

• Excellent research, writing, and courtroom skills

• Strong attention to deadlines and procedural rules

• Ability to work independently in a collaborative setting

• Familiarity with AbacusLaw (calendaring software)

• Experience using QuickBooks Pro
