• Meet performance metrics, including call resolution time and customer satisfaction .
• Stay informed on company policies, products, and promotions to assist customers effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in call center, customer service, or phone-based support .
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment .
• Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Five9, Zendesk) .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in remote call center environments or customer support roles .
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach .

Compensation & Benefits:
