Position: Custodial Superintendent
Location: Gainesville, FL
Salary: 58-60k
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, at times flex hours and a Saturday
Interviews: 2 rounds - 1st round committee phone call, 2nd round in person committee interview
Start Date: March 31st
Must Haves
5+ years of experience supervising a housekeeping or cleaning team
Large team supervision experience - 30+ team members
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of best custodial practices

Experience with maintaining custodial machines
Floorcare experience or courses
Experience working in a high traffic, fast paced environment
Day to Day
Oversee housekeeping of a 500,000sq ft building
Oversee a team of 30 employees, 10-15 employees per shift
Housekeeping includes: Floorcare, Restrooms, Indoor and Outdoor Trash, Office Cleaning, Dusting, Mopping
Management duties include: Directing, Assigning tasks, Supply Management, Onboarding, Training, Light Computer Usage
