About the Role:

This is a high-impact opportunity for a data professional with expertise in data architecture, governance, and financial reporting . The ideal candidate will drive the development of scalable, secure, and auditable data solutions while fostering a strong data culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Strategy & Architecture – Design and implement a long-term enterprise data strategy aligned with business goals.
• ERP & Financial Reporting – Develop a scalable reporting architecture with a focus on finance, accounting, and ERP systems.
• Data Governance & Compliance – Establish robust data governance frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Data Quality & Lifecycle Management – Define and implement best practices for data integrity, metadata management, and data lifecycle optimization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with finance, IT, and business leaders to drive data democratization and reporting enhancements.
• Technology Implementation – Oversee data and reporting implementations, ensuring alignment with business needs and long-term scalability.
• Change Management & Adoption – Support the transition to a data-driven culture through stakeholder engagement, training, and process optimization.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role within enterprise data management.
• Hands-on expertise in data architecture, reporting frameworks, and enterprise data governance .
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes with experience supporting financial reporting and ERP implementations.
• Proven success in designing and deploying scalable, secure, and auditable data solutions .
• Experience with Workday and Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW) is highly valued.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and prioritize competing requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
