As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting operations of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will also work closely with executive management to provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company's accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial professionals.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
