Akkodis is seeking a Customer Documentation Analyst-Gas Piping Construction for a 12-month contrac t with a client in Baltimore, MD 21230 (Hybrid).

Title: Customer Documentation Analyst-Gas Piping Construction

Location: Baltimore, MD 21230 (Hybrid)

Contract: 12 months Contract with a possible extension

Pay Rate: $39-$41/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Job Description:

The contractor will support construction management and Utility documentation exchange. These positions will support the gas capital outreach and customer documentation project. This role will be connecting with CMs on utility projects - support on Outreach and capital project customer documentation. Need a candidate to have strong writing skills to communicate with customers, GEA, and PSC responses.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should have at least 1 year. Preferably - 1 year. Relatable construction exp: (in general, on how constructions work) – operated, crucial to responding to progress. Gas piping – construction management – Customer communication skills should be strong, written and verbal.
• Overall experience should be 4-5 years of customer documentation experience in a Utility environment.
• Understanding of gas, gas capital, and construction management is key to role.
• Applications: Outlook, strong email etiquette, great organizational skills, writing letters to Customers (timely), and understanding Excel reports/spreadsheets. Client will train on the internal Exelon apps used.
• Degree preferred, but will consider 4-5 years of solid experience in a Utility environment
• Microsoft Office at least 3 years, client will be trained on other apps used.
• Customer documentation support in the Utility environment
• Strong communication skills written and verbal
