Join our client, a prominent nonprofit scientific organization, and support one of their EVPs as their trusted Executive Assistant. If you have 2+ years of strong executive support experience, a bachelor's degree, and an ability to be calm under pressure, we want to hear from you!

About the Job:

• Act as the main point of contact both internally and externally. Manage the flow of information.
• Handle travel arrangements and expense reports, including transatlantic travel.
• Prepare and support reports, presentations, and the department's budget.
• Manage a consistently changing calendar and schedule meetings.
• Special projects and other tasks assigned.

About You:

• 2+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives are required.
• Experience in a media organization or similar is highly desired.
• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Concur are required.
• Flexible working outside of normal hours occasionally.

About the Position:

• Pays $35/hr-$39/hr, DOE
• Temporary for 1 year, starting ASAP!
• Hours are 9:30am-6pm.
• Hybrid with 4 days/week onsite.
• Metro accessible in Washington, DC.
