Role Description

Freelance Videographer (Project-Based)

Location: Nashville, TN (On-Site Preferred)

We’re looking for a skilled Freelance Videographer to join our creative network. This is a freelance, project-based role—most shoots are one-day productions, with some clients needing monthly content on a recurring basis. While some pre- and post-production tasks can be done remotely, shoots will take place on location in and around Nashville.

As a MORR freelance videographer, you'll collaborate with our creative team to capture compelling footage for modern brands. From lifestyle visuals to talking head interviews to branded shorts, you'll bring strong storytelling and execution to the table.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video production and shooting
• Skilled in camera operation, lighting, and on-site setup
• Ability to work independently and also collaborate when needed
• Strong eye for composition, framing, and creative storytelling
• Access to your own camera gear and lighting equipment preferred
• Experience with editing software is a plus
• Prior work in digital marketing, advertising, or branded content is a bonus
