Human Resources Manager

Location : Hybrid – Chicago, IL (In-office 3 times/week)

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee a broad range of human resources functions, including payroll, employee benefits, compliance, and full-cycle recruitment. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional to make a real impact in a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Payroll Processing : Efficiently manage multi-state payroll operations using ADP Workforce Now.
• Benefits Administration : Administer employee benefits programs (including HSA Bank, BCBS, and New York Life) and lead open enrollment.
• Recruitment : Drive full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, prescreening, onboarding, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Employee Relations : Be a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and assist with conflict resolution.
• HR Reporting : Prepare and analyze HR reports to support decision-making and audits.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations (especially multi-state).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid environment.
