Job Description

Junction 37 is looking for a Media Planning Supervisor to join our team. This position will be very hands-on implementing client strategies and working with staff, budgets, deadlines, and overall client satisfaction. You will be in direct contact with clients, maintaining that relationship and guiding them toward success. The perfect candidate should be able to utilize their industry knowledge and leadership skills to effectively manage the daily operations of the account team and independently manage campaigns hands-on-keyboard from “day 1”.

What You’ll Do: 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and present comprehensive multi-media plans 
  • 5+ years experience working in digital media, agency experience required 
  • Monitor client programs and day-to-day business activity as well as handle and create weekly/monthly reporting
  • Direct, develop, and oversee planning objectives and strategies that deliver against business results to ensure client satisfaction 
  • Build insights and use data to support strategic thinking
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, as a strategic advisor, to help them understand how to grow brands through marketing channels and experiences
  • Hands-on experience in paid social, paid search or eComm platforms
  • Willingness to learn and stay hands-on platforms and continued growth
  • Lead and direct all core partners as part of the entire solution, including TV, Social, Search, OOH, Programmatic, etc. 
  • Work closely with Senior Partners and Chief Client Officer across accounts
  • Sell the agency’s services and capabilities in new business pitches to prospective new clients
  • Lead in the development of uncovering consumer, cultural, and media insights and strategies

Who You Are:

  • 4-6 years in a media agency environment
  • Strong strategic thinker, ability to search for insights and shepherd for strategic ideas
  • Experience in planning across all channels in order to act as a technical expert for team members
  • Ability to integrate planning and digital investments to ensure the strategy is cohesive to digital execution
  • Strong project and employee management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and highly organized
  • Ability to write concise, reasoned, and inspired media presentations and present to clients with confidence
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with great attention to detail and to agency process
  • Extremely organized and proactive with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment
  • Exceptional written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, and clients
