The Program Operations Manager will monitor client functions and build processes that meet business needs. A key player in a multi-functional role interfacing with Client Managers, Suppliers, Finance, Procurement, and internal Pinnacle team members. Ensuring business functions are in line with client strategic goals.

Job Description

• Monitoring and improving operational daily functions across clients
• Manage the invoicing process to make sure everything is running smoothly
• Managing client business operations team for workflow within the VMS
• Invoice error issue resolution
• Liaison with client AP team and Pinnacle AR/AP
• Building processes based on client business goals
• Measuring the efficiency of systems and procedures
• Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will drive cost savings
• Drive automation, standardization and training across practice
• Standardization of best practices for large client program

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• AR/AP invoicing experience
• Experience supporting Finance organization
• Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF, etc.)
• Ability to complete analysis and effectively communicate results/recommendation
• 4-6 years MSP/industry experience
• VMS experience (Beeline)
• Managing 2-5+ team members
• Managing high volume/high intensity clients
• Leading and driving operational best practices and cost savings

Additional Job Description

Onsite at client site 4 days a week - potentially 5 days a week. Center City Philadelphia location.
