Radiance Rx Skin & Aesthetics is expanding! Come join our team as a Certified- Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner Aesthetics Injector in our Apex and newest Pittsboro locations.

Job Summary

Radiance Rx is looking for a licensed PA/ NP Injector seeking to provide an array of aesthetic services including injectable treatments and laser resurfacing. This position will treat patients with toxins and dermal fillers under the guidance of our certified plastic surgeon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving natural-looking results.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Administer injections and perform laser procedures within written protocols
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine suitability for cosmetic treatments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and desired outcomes.
• Provide post-procedure care instructions and ensure patients are informed about expected outcomes and potential side effects.
• Schedule follow-up appointments to monitor results and address any concerns.
• Maintain patient’s medical records detailing all treatment procedures, medication history, and consents.
• Interact professionally with other team members to provide the ultimate patient experience.
• Consistently record and update patient records.
• Attend and participate in all general and team meetings. Attend all in-house training.
• Work closely with supervising physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and attend training sessions or workshops as required.

Education and Experience:

• At least 18 months relevant medical experience in Aesthetics.
• Current certification and state licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA), or Certified Nurse Practitioner (C-NP)
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and the ability to perform injections safely and effectively.
• Must practice in accordance with all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines. Abide by all federal, county, state, local, and professional laws and regulations.
