Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Power Service Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships in the power services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of electrical power systems and proven experience in selling service-based solutions to industrial, commercial, and data center clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for power services, including UPS maintenance, switchgear services, surge protection solutions, and power quality testing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on power infrastructure needs.
  • Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and technical consultations with clients.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and service contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, project management, and service teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging power technologies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for recurring service agreements or upselling additional solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in power services or electrical infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of power systems, UPS, switchgear, surge protection, and related services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and develop tailored service solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
