Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of roadway infrastructure projects. This role requires a strong background in civil engineering, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of roadway construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including DOT standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and local agencies.
• Oversee contract administration and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
• Monitor construction progress, resolve delays or issues, and maintain project timelines.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and change orders.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and reports.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and field personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing roadway construction projects.
• Proven track record in project scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership.
