Scheduling Coordinator

100% Onsite

6mth contract (potential extension and/or conversion)

Comp - $28-35/hr

This is a pivot role of the Talent Team, responsible for providing excellent customer service and interacting with candidates, internal stakeholders and external vendors, to ensure interviews are accurately scheduled.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule phone screens and interviews with candidates, internal/external recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Escort candidates during onsite interviews, plus preparation and clean up of conference rooms for meetings/seminars, and interviews.
• Provide other admin support on request.
• Ad hoc projects as required.

Required Experience and Education:

• 2 or 4yr college degree
• Min. 3 years of Admin experience including experience managing calendars.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Self-starter with good problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated organizational/time utilization skills.

• Excellent client services skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of colleagues at various levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Greenhouse preferred.
