Job Description:
The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) is seeking a seasoned RPA Developer (Product Specialist 5) to support its robotic process automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical SME for RPA efforts, using UiPath and other automation tools to deliver scalable solutions across departments.
Specialty Areas:
• RPA Development – Strong expertise in UiPath and automation development.
• Technical SME – Acting as a subject matter expert for RPA tools and solutions.
• Bot Lifecycle Management – Development, certification, and production deployment.
• Product Support – Providing guidance, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Intelligent Automation – Exposure to ML, Python, OCR/ICR integrations.
Responsibilities:
• Function as the RPA technical SME across all projects (50%).
• Design, develop, and test RPA bots using UiPath (20%).
• Support deployment and certification of RPA solutions into production (10%).
• Proactively identify and resolve UiPath-related technical issues (10%).
• Provide accurate and timely product support to stakeholders and users (10%).

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
