Job Overview:

Attract new clients to the company and manage MNU´s commercial relationships, advise clients on the purchase of products. Seeks to recover clients and provide timely and appropriate follow-up.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, get client's information in order to assign them to the correct sales rep
• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude, offering them a water/coffee and wait for a sales rep
• Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
• Announcing clients as necessary.
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Preparing meeting and training rooms
• Receive clients and assign them to their sales rep or if it is a new client, assign them to the correct available sales rep
• Be in constant awareness of clean bathrooms, reception area, and office supplies needed(paper, ink, coffee, cookies,)
• Coordinate cleaning services with the oursourcing company
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/samples shipments from sales reps

Qualifications

• Well organized and self-disciplined
• Customer service skills
• Problem-solving skills with the habit of being proactive.
• Outstanding communication skills including verbal and written.
• Multilingual a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM organized, Smartphone experience.
