Job Title: Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to gather information and document complex network performance tools, including end-to-end monitoring systems.
• Develop, organize, and maintain a variety of technical documents, such as design documents, certification materials, and user guides.
• Convert PowerPoint-based architecture and design documents into comprehensive written content using standardized templates.
• Conduct independent research within internal repositories to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all content is clear, professional, and adheres to organizational standards.
• Manage workload effectively, proactively seeking additional assignments when capacity allows.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer , preferably in telecommunications or networking environments.
• Strong ability to comprehend and document complex technical concepts related to network performance and monitoring tools.
• Experience working with design documents, architecture overviews, and certification materials.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills, with the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly documentation.
• Strong research capabilities and an inquisitive mindset to gather and verify required context independently.

Tools and Platforms:

• Microsoft Word and SharePoint (for document creation and management).
• Confluence (for collaboration and documentation management).
• Basic familiarity with PowerPoint for interpreting source materials.
• No specialized technical tools required beyond standard documentation platforms.
