The Venture Partner role is a strategic and flexible position designed for experienced professionals who want to contribute to the growth of innovative startups while deepening their involvement in the venture capital ecosystem. This is not a full-time role, but rather a highly network-driven opportunity focused on value creation, consulting, and capital collaboration.
Provide strategic counsel and industry insights to support early-stage startups.
Engage with the firm’s AI-driven B2B SaaS deal flow, advising on or sourcing new opportunities.
Participate in startup boards or pitch events to enhance portfolio success.
Contribute to venture debt and alternative financing opportunities through established referral partnerships.
Leverage personal networks to introduce capital, deals, and talent to the firm’s ecosystem.
Support startup growth through consulting opportunities sourced from the firm’s portfolio.
Projects are expected to be third-party funded, forming a core part of the Venture Partner value proposition.
One-time network fee: $3,000 (required for access and onboarding).
Earnings Potential:
Share of management fees from successful capital introductions.
Revenue share from venture debt or M&A referrals.
Equity compensation through advisory roles.
Access to board seat opportunities within portfolio companies.
Exposure to premium deal flow, particularly in the AI and B2B SaaS sectors.
