We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Video Editor to join our growing team at Flare energy services. As an Entry Level Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality videos that showcase our company's services and projects. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to create engaging and informative videos that effectively communicate our brand message.
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage to create professional, high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, website, and presentations
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand the company's brand and messaging
- Use video editing software to add effects, graphics, and sound to enhance the final product
- Ensure all videos align with the company's branding and style guidelines
- Manage and organize video files and maintain a library of footage for future use
- Continuously seek ways to improve video quality and production processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to incorporate into video projects
- Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of video projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in video editing or production
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs
- Strong understanding of video production techniques and processes
- Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the energy industry and a desire to learn and grow in the field of video production
